Gordal Olive and Oka Cheese Loaf

Ingredients:

 1 cup pitted Gordal olives, coarsely chopped
 2 cups all purpose flour
 1 tbsp baking powder
 ½ cup cold butter, diced
 ½ cup yogurt
 2 eggs, beaten
 6 green onions, chopped
 ½ cup Oka cheese, diced (or medium cheddar)

Preparation:

Oven temperature: 190 °C/375 °F

In a bowl, mix flour with baking powder. Using a food processor, combine flour mixture with cold butter, for about 1 minute.

In another bowl, mix yogurt with eggs, olives, and green onions. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients using your hands. Add diced cheese and mix again. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake in the middle oven rack for about 1 hour.
