Ultimate Sandwich with Hojiblanca Olives from Spain

  cup black Hojiblanca olives
 2 slices of rye or ciabatta bread
 2 tbsp cream cheese
 4 slices of ham
 Alfalfa or sprouts of your choice
 Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cut the olives and cucumber into thin slices.


Spread the cream cheese on the bread. Place the cucumber and ham slices and sprinkle the alfalfa or sprouts overtop. Add a handful of black Hojiblanca olives and freshly ground black pepper.


Finish by cutting the sandwich diagonally and garnish by sprinkling more olives on top!
