Hojiblanca Olive and Aged Cheddar Biscuits

Oven temperature: 180 °C/350 °F
In a bowl, sift flour with baking powder. Add paprika and sugar, and mix.
Add butter and mix in with a pastry cutter (We can also use two knives, which we cross like scissors). Add the other ingredients. On a counter top, shape the dough into 1 in (2.5 cm) per 3 in (7.5 cm) discs.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake on the middle oven rack for 20 minutes. Serve.
